On Wednesday September 12th, our Shana Alef students traveled up North to Chaifa for a great tiyul on this first week of school. We started with a fun visit to the XPark, for rock-climbing, a ropes course and ziplining. Afterwards we went on a short hike in the beautiful Park Nesher, famous for its hanging bridges. Most importantly, we visited and davened in the cave of Eliyahu Hanavi, where we learned about the inspiring story from Tanach of Eliyahu on Har HaCarmel.  A fun and inspirational time was had by everyone.
