On Sunday following the Sukkot vacation, the Shana Bet students went on a walking tour of the Nachlaot neighborhood in Yerushalayim with Rabbi Benji Levine. Rabbi Benji Levine is a son of Rav Aryeh Levine, a very special Tzadik who lived in Jerusalem during the British mandate, and who was known for his Ahavat Yisroel for all Jews. Rabbi Levine shared many stories with the Shanah Bet students about his father and about Jewish life in Jerusalem during the early years after the foundation of Medinat Yisroel.
