Trips Over Pesach Vacation

Over the past month, Tiferet was pleased to be able to provide our students who remained in Israel for the Pesach vacation with exciting, enjoyable and inspiring tiyulim throughout the break. On the first week of vacation, Rabbi Rosner accompanied our students to the local stalactite caves, located just a short drive away from Beit Shemesh. In addition, that week Mrs. Schneider gave our students a guided tour of the Israel Museum, supplemented by her own explanations. That same week, a group of Tiferet students participated in the Heritage Tour to
Poland. They were fortunate to have our own Rabbi Michael Bramson along with them, adding an additional more personal religious dimension to the tiyul.

During the second week of vacation, our students went on a guided tiyul to the Ashdod Sand Dunes, the last remaining sand dune on Israel’s coast. They also had time to stop by the beach of the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.

That week, our students also participated in their own Matzah Baking, supervised by Mrs. Karen Hochhauser and Rabbi Michael Bramson. They learned about the process and produced their own hand matzot for use over Pesach.
