Rabbi Azriel RosnerTiferet's Rosh Midrasha (Dean), grew up in the Flatbush area of Brooklyn, NY. He has earned a B.A. from Yeshiva College, a Masters in Jewish Education from the Azrieli Graduate School of Jewish Education and he received Smicha from Yeshiva University. Rabbi Rosner's dynamic and energetic teaching style has enlightened hundreds of students at Yeshivat Reishit Yerushalayim, Machon Gold, Michlelet Mevaseret Yerushalayim (MMY) and Yeshivat Har Etzion. |

Rabbi Elie MayerTiferet's Mashgiach Ruchani (Dean), grew up in Toronto, Canada. His B.A. is from York University and he received Smicha from both Dayan Zalman Nechemia Goldberg and HaRav Mordechai Machlis. Rabbi Mayer's enthusiasm and kindness has inspired countless students at Yeshivat Reishit Yerushalayim, Machon Gold, Midreshet Lindenbaum, and Midreshet Moriah. He has also affected many others through his lecturing for the Hebrew University Overseas Program, Isralight, Aish HaTorah, and Birthright. |

Mrs. Leba SchneiderTiferet's Director of Student Affairs, grew up in Teaneck, NJ. She has her B.A. from Stern College and is currently concluding a masters program with the Bernard Revel Graduate School. Mrs. Schneider has amazed students at SKA/HALB, WYHS of Boca Raton, MMY, Midreshet Lindenbaum and Keshet. Her dynamic shiurim and down-to-earth personality has made Mrs. Schneider a favorite among her students. She has also participated in Jewish outreach programs in both Australia and the former Soviet Union. |
Mrs. Karen HochhauserTiferet's Director of Alumnae, grew up in New Jersey and graduated from Stern where she was a member of the Stern College fellowship program in Advanced Talmudic studies. She is currently finishing her Masters Degree from the Yeshiva University Azrieli Graduate School of Jewish Education. Before she made aliyah with her family, she worked for the Agency for Jewish Education of the Jewish Federation of Detroit, Michigan and taught at Hillel for 5 years. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she was the director of Israel guidance for the girls as well as the assistant to the Director of Student programs. She and her husband worked for NCSY for several years, serving on the administration of the Etz Chaim region. |
Rabbi Michael BramsonRabbi Michael Bramson, learned in Yeshivat Shaalvim and then graduated from Yeshiva University with a B.A. in Psychology. He has taught at the Yeshiva of Manhattan Beach and the Melvin J. Berman Hebrew Academy in Silver Spring, MD. His students admire him for his love for Torah and his selfless dedication to their growth. He has been a frequent lecturer at the Young Israel Shomrei Emunah Kehilla in Silver Spring. Since making "Aliya" in the summer of 2004, Rabbi Bramson has been a Rebbe at Yeshivat Torat Chaim and Yeshivat Ohr Yerushalayim. |
Mrs. Dina EtigsonMrs. Dina Etigson, grew up in Brooklyn, NY. After receiving her B.A. from State University of New York at Albany and working at Morgan Stanley, Mrs. Etigson moved to Israel and joined the Matmidot Program at Matan and then the Machon Gevoha Program at Nishmat. Mrs. Etigson has also worked as a teacher and a Rakezet (advisor) for Midreshet Moriah. Students thrive on her rare combination of intellect and spirituality. |
Mrs. Bracha StefanskyMrs. Bracha Stefansky grew up in Manhattan. After learning in Midreshet Moriah for a year and half, she received her BA from Stern College and a Masters in teaching from Azrieli Graduate School. Prior to moving to Israel in 2002, she taught in Hillel Academy in Passaic, NJ and still maintains close contact with many of her students. |
Mrs. Devori WeichholzMrs. Devori Weichholz grew up in Fair Lawn NJ. After learning for a year and a half in Michlala in Jerusalem, Devori earned her BA from Stern College and a Masters in Education from Azrieli Graduate School. Prior to making Aliyah with her family in 2011, Devori taught middle school in Yeshiva of Central Queens for several years. During the summers Devori has worked in several sleep away and day camps. Devori lives with her family in Ramat Shiloh in Ramat Beit Shemesh. |
Mrs. Molly KatzMrs. Molly Katz grew up in Chicago and attended Michlelet Mevaseret Yerushalayim (MMY). After graduating from Barnard College with a B.A. in psychology and education, she spent a year teaching at both MMY and Neve Yerushalyim. She then returned to Chicago, where she taught Jewish History, Tanach, and Jewish Thought at her alma mater, Ida Crown Jewish Academy. Mrs. Katz and her family made Aliyah in 2014 and live in Ramat Shilo. |
Rabbi Robbie CharnoffRav Charnoff graduated summa cum laude from Yeshiva University with a BA in psychology and received semicha from YU’s RIETS rabbinic program. He obtained a Master’s Degree from the Azrieli School of Jewish Education and completed YU’s Certificate Program in Experiential Jewish Education. Before moving to Israel, Rav Charnoff served for six years as the first ever OU-JLIC Rabbi at Queens College where he established vibrant Orthodox life on campus, engaging over 500 students and alumni each semester with his team. Since making Aliyah with his family in 2018, Rav Charnoff has been teaching at both Lev HaTorah and Tiferet. Over 400 of Rav Charnoff's shiurim are currently featured on YUTorah. |
Mrs. Lori EssesMrs. Lori Esses grew up in New York and received her BA in psychology from Brooklyn College and her Masters in Social Work from New York University. She made aliya with her family in 2005 and began teaching soon after in Tzofia, Machon Gold, and Eshel. She is also currently studying Marital and Family Therapy in Machon Shinui. |
Mrs. Anna BankierMrs. Anna Bankier grew up in London, UK. After high school, Anna spent a year learning in Michlelet Orot in Elkana. Returning to the UK, she worked as one of the educational coordinators for Aish UK and earned a degree in mathematics and computer science. Anna then moved to Melbourne, Australia where she gave a parsha series for 7 years and was a sought-after speaker. She taught many kallot, mentoring and supporting them both before and after their wedding. Mrs. Anna Bankier brings a dynamic energy to the classroom and aims to instill an appreciation for the full religious and halakhic life in her students. Mrs. Bankier made aliya from Melbourne, Australia in 2017. She currently lives in RBS with her husband and 5 children.
